Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST


This position is required to be onsite 5 days a week.

Role Summary
A part of Eminence’s Supply Chain Division, the Receiving & Inventory Clerk has a responsibility for the manual handling and application of best practice processes to ensure inventory accuracy and optimal availability.

Responsibilities
  • Pick components promptly and accurately using detailed pick sheets (Work Orders)
  • Organize components based on daily work order priority ready for efficient access by Assembly Clerks
  • Report pick bin low-outs promptly to ensure that interruptions to work orders are minimized
  • Manage daily cycle counts for the Canadian Warehouse and initiate an investigation as required
  • Ultimately responsible for maintaining FIFO on all inventory, including Canadian picking stock, Work Order, and vendor put away
  • Receive materials and verify the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments against packing slips or other records
  • Participate in and action the split of incoming goods to various Warehouse locations
  • Log incoming shipments into Inventory Management Software as required and return components and products onto shelves
  • Own the layout of the Canadian pick shelves with particular attention to new launch items
  • Responsible for ensuring every active SKU has a physical location and is noted in the ERP

Qualifications
  • Inventory experience – 1 year
  • Warehouse experience – 1 year
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment – 1 year preferred
  • Picking, Shipping & Receiving experience – 1 year preferred
  • ERP or receiving warehouse software
